  Room is clean but dated. Staff welcoming but lots of noise even into the night. WiFi in rooms is almost non existent and location gives poor mobile coverage. As a business traveller it was in a good location for my needs.

  This place is very dated. Note sticker on telephone from 1986. It would seem the decor hasn't changed much then or any modernisation since then. Appears to be some homeless staying there which is easy money from the council. Room smelt of old smoke and damp. Sound also travels between rooms. Balcony had cigarette butts and cans of alcohol discarded. unable to open windows fully due to security. Tap in bathroom broken. TV not working Was some coffee and ironing board but no iron and small cupboard to hang clothes.

  I don't even want to rate this hotel! We walked in and the staff member was having an conversation with a customer and it was really explicit! This hotel smelt really bad it's not modern only the reception area is abit decent that's about it they need to fit that place out and redo it! First time we ever went there would never ever go again! We spent £55 for the night thinking it would be a nice place what a waste of money the good reviews for this place are all false! So take my advise DON'T EVER GO THERE AS IT WILL BE A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!

  We stayed at the hotel as there was a wedding event. The wedding venue and ceremony was beautiful and they decor and presentation and the staff were friendly however..... we chose to stay at the hotel overnight as the wedding ended very late, the room were filthy, there was vomit stains on carpets, our bathroom had feacal stains on the wall, the taps were very dirty and the handle to our tap broke, the windows had cracks, the door knobs were falling off the bathroom.. it was a nightmare. We spoke to the manager he did move us but we looked at 3 other potential room before choosing one as all of them had same problem. The staff are nice but the hygiene levels were very poor, please get a hotel inspection for this hotel the rooms are filthy and falling apart!!!!
