::I did a groupon spa day and 3 course meal deal here for my sisters birthday treat...changing room facilities were a bit small...but the staff and service made up for that. We had a half hour massage and half hour body scrub treatment and felt amazing. The food was lovely, with generous portions, washed down with a great prosecco.

::Great location. Amazing bed. Thought shower was repeatedly flooding, so I couldn't take longer then 5 mins shower. The bathroom wasn't consistently resupplied. The staff listened and apologized willingly, but it didn't go beyond that. It could improve for solving part a bit.

::Hotel was great and the staff we met going into hotel were very friendly. This was also the case with the staff in the bar. Good friendly chat. The hotel was fresh, clean and I would definitely recommend anyone to stay there. We had a meal in the restaurant and I would rush back to it. Meal was only just average and our waiter had no personality at all. It felt like he couldn't be bothered to be there. Disappointing considering it was a 5 star hotel.

::Really lovely hotel with lovely spa and restaurant staff. We had the afternoon tea and treatments on our visit and cam definitely testify to the greatness of the scrub. The food was pleasant and it the atmosphere was made all the more cozy by the snow pelting down outside.
