::Nice place, terrible service. We went there for dinner, as the weather was good we sat outside. The table was full of glasses, plates, cutlery and napkins from last customers, the waitress brought our food and had to shift the tableware aside, then took out two plates and left the dirty glasses and napkins on the table. My husband had to get up and clean the rest of the table. Seeing this, she assumed it was natural, as she didn't even say sorry for not doing her job properly. We eat pasta, nothing outstanding!

::Possibly the best place to go in St Alban's if you want to combine work with drink and food. Excellent staff. Good ambience. Worth a visit. Somehow cool without trying too hard.

::The food here is pretty good with a varied menu - pity the buttermilk chicken burger isn't on the menu anymore. They used to have a specials menu but this seems to have stopped. The staff are quite friendly but the service, particularly for drinks, is often slow we've had meals where the food arrived before the drinks. The carafes of tap water automatically brought to the table are a nice touch. Is worth checking the drinking glasses as have had to send several back which still had lipstick on from previous diners.

::Nice relaxed place to get a bite to eat with friends. Not too noisy so can actually chat. Food is good, service is friendly but occasionally slow. Lots of highchairs available, and baby changing in both the disabled and ladies toilets.

::Love the Beech House, food is fantastic, service is quick and great child friendly options. Love the fact they keep nappies and wipes near the baby changing table and a book box. Makes it the perfect eat out spot with little ones. Prices are reasonable and lots of wines to choose from.
