  Nice enough decor. Food very basic, dry chips, cheap fried chicken complete with feathers! Very pricey

  Been going here when they had the cafe at the back of the shop service lovely and friendly and now they have moved to th front of the shop and it's like a fish restaurant and lots more on there menu love it

  The Blue Bell has been a local landmark for many years. It's a good place for a pint and a nice meal. The menu is functional with a range of traditional offerings like fish and chips, gammon, egg and chips which are very tasty and reasonably priced - it is more pub grub than restaurant fare but guess what? It is a pub after all! All staff, front of house and behind the bar, are friendly and courteous. There's a good range of beers too. I will certainly be visiting again soon.

  I visited on a cold Saturday afternoon with my husband. The place was very busy and there was a good atmosphere. We only had drinks and snacks - quite pricey. We looked at the menu; there was a good range of food but priced more as a restaurant than a pub.
