Fantastic hotel, beautifuly presented with very nice rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Had dinner and breakfast in the hotel both superb. Great location for going into the centre of the city. Will definitely be coming back

Amazing hotel. Much better than the big chains. They make you feel like at home but better :-) I highly recommend

We used an Itison voucher for two flat iron steaks and a bottle of house wine, which was very good value. The food was good but lacked presentation and that little extra I would expect from a west end 4* hotel. We ordered additional starters and desserts. The starters were very good but boring. Both our desserts were obviously pre-prepared because as soon as we had ordered them they were straight back out of the kitchen and on our table. I have eaten at The Bonham before and in comparison to previous visits I was disappointed, also the decor is looking quite sad. Still a quality meal at a quality establishment, but the kitchen need to up their game and a little touching up around the busier areas of the building is overdue.

Enjoyed our stay here, food and staff very good. Staff informed me, it is to be refurbished. Which I am sure will return it to its former glory. We intend to return

Staff we all friendly and professional. The hotel was nicely furnished and handily located for Edinburgh attractions. There were plenty of nice restaurants nearby as well. The room itself was pleasant, with a large bed and lovely bathroom. The cleanliness left a little to be desired though, it was relatively dusty and the bed sheet didn't fully covered the mattress so that it kept coming away a bit. Overall though a very nice hotel that I would recommend.
