  It was just horrible. I was sat on the edge of the bed thinking, I just can't stay even one night in this room. The mattress was knackered. It sloped to one side. The sheets were mucky, the pillows smelt and the en suit was disgusting. I checked into another hotel and phoned him to say I'd checked out and left the key in the room and told him why. I would have thought the least he could have done was refund me however he didn't!

  Great owner... relaxed vibe.....no hassle..... very chilled hotel with lovely breakfast. Well located, clean and tidy. Il be back.. ...its a yes from me ✌

  Good sized room and clean , good price, breakfast was nice and reasonably priced. Very friendly staff.

  Personally I would say if you are looking for a cheap but clean and perfectly functional hotel in Leeds the Boundary Hotel is the place to go. In particular, one of the Duty Managers, Jake (hope I have the name right!), goes out of his way to make people feel welcome. If you are looking for luxury this won't be it but if you are looking for a decent place to stay in Leeds for a very reasonable price this would be it.
