One star is not low enough. Never in my life have I stayed in such a horrible place. No heaters, dim lights, the room was dirty, no wifi and terrible customer service. They kept sending us to different rooms with different codes. It might be cheap but I would rather spend an extra £30 per night then stay there. For anyone thinking about staying there I highly advice that you don't.

There is NO ONE FROM MANAGEMENT EVER ON PREMISES. It is a dump. Would not recommend to an enemy.

Unfortunately didn't read the reviews before booking, on arrival realised that all the reviews had been too kind. My room had wood boards screwed over the Windows and none of the lights worked so it was PITCH BLACK! Light fittings had screws half way out, ceilings had been painted BLACK! Broken smoke alarm hanging by a thread from ceiling and the door was so stiff as to be a fire hazard (definitely illegal). This company is probably BREAKING THE LAW, or at least skimming legality. It is not fit for purpose and therefore impossible to stay and a complete con. Not cheap at all if your paying for a non existent service. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Surprisingly good for a £20 a night hotel. As expected, the room looked a bit tired, but was very spacious, clean and well equipped with a powerful and hot shower. I wasn't expecting a hotel like this to have towels, shower gel and tea and coffee making facilities, but they did. The only danger with this kind of hotel is that, to save costs, there are no staff on site (Entry is by code emailed to you after booking). This means that your good nights sleep is at the mercy of your fellow guests. If they are noisy, you are on your own. This is the chance you take with this kind of hotel. What do you expect for £20?
