  Was a lovely place. Large room was very comfortable. Nice buffet breakfast. Waiter (Tom) was very friendly and helpful. Would strongly recommend

  Staying in the Victoria Suite room is perfect with sea view. Very clean and tidy looks like it has just been redecorated. Very handy for all the attractions on the island can't wait to go and explore. The staff have been really friendly and welcoming. If you looking for a hotel in a great location then I recommend you book in here.

  Love this hotel . Your not rushed . It has a comfy ,relaxing feeling about it. The food in the main restaurant is pricey but as a treat it's great. I had the venison and it was the best I'd ever had. In parts a bit of TLC is wanted but you just don't mind.

  Stayed here for two days for a wedding and I could not have asked for more from any of the staff who were all extremely professional and friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfy with a nice temperature. Couldn't recommend the hotel more

  Lovely hotel in great location with very friendly staff. Grandson loves the breakfasts. Haven't sampled evening meals but menus look good. The hotel was built for Princess Victoria in about 1830 by Lord Bulkley but she didn't visit until she was queen a few years later. Has a 'posh' restaurant, a bistro and a coffee shop. The guy reading the paper is actually a painting on the wall of the bistro! Have stayed here several times for a couple of nights each time.
