  Good service, quickly identified that we needed to be done by 7.00pm. Fresh and interesting 'british' food. Superb local real ales, well kept, Recommended, book early.

  Amazing steak. I got a butcher's steak and it was one of the best steaks I've ever had in my life. By far the best steak I've ever had in Cambridge. We also got some starters to share and they were ok. The service was very high quality as well, the waiter knew exactly when and what to do in perfect timing: very kind and she did not put pressure on us at all. I'd suggest you to get the heritage carrots as side, they were excellent and very tasty. The place is quite pricy, however so worth that steak, so in this case it was value for money. Also, great location. It is a good place to go for a special occasion.
