  Room and facilities all fine and fair for the price. Nice view of canals. Shower was warm and tea/coffee facilities appreciated. Only issue was that I tried ordering food at 21:10 but was told kitchen was closed. Says in the menu last orders for food 21:15. Leads me to believe the chef couldn't be bothered.

  Good value for money as I got a good price. Room was clean and comfortable with a great walk in shower in the ensue. Helpful and friendly staff. Good secure parking if a tad expensive at £10. No need to reserve. Very useful location for Deansgate area (an easy walk.) Also almost opposite to the industrial museum. Also by the Potato Dock. Free use of Sports facilities. Late checkout at 11.00 am.

  I had a fabulous experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were courteous, friendly and very helpful. The check in experience was quick, easy and informative. The rooms are large with everything you would expect, clean and modern. The hotel is located in a great location very close to everything in Manchester city centre. The transport links are also good with Deansgate Train and Tram station just a 5 minute walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for somewhere nice to stay in the city.

  We enjoyed our stay. We were given a very spacious room overlooking the canal. The swimming pool was clean and not crowded. The reception person (Mario?) was friendly to us. Parking cost 10 pounds for 24 hours. It is a 1 min walk to the Museum of Science and Industries.
