  Wonderful place to stay, right in the heart of all the amenities. Crew was extremely helpful, and caring. We had issue with heating, they immediately changed our room, and provided with external heater as well. All of the receptionists were extremely please try, and prompt in responding to our request. If I'll plan my holidays again, I will definitely choose them again.

  Excellent! The city centre location is very good. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. The room was very pleasant clean, and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need supplied. Very large lovely comfortable bed. Slept like a baby. It was excellent value and I would have no hesitation returning to this hotel in the future.

  Wafer thin walls and don't believe for a second people can't see you in the window tinted bathrooms at night but apart from that... pretty cool place and brilliantly located next to the arena. Has a really cool quirk to it and I'm glad Citrus haven't lost that about the hotel. I've been going there for 13 years and it's always good fun.

  Spotless, lovely large room, massive comfy bed, great shower. Great reception staff. Didnt eat or drive here so cannot help with food or parking 5 min walk to center. Motor point arena opposite hotel. Will definitely stop here again.

  Lovely experience at citrus. After bad experience at a restaurant for my birthday, my partner decided to pick up the mood by a last minute trip to Cardiff. We rang the citrus hotel after seeing the great reviews, the woman on the phone was really lovely and booked us in straight away. As we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and had a nice friendly chat as we booked in. We explained our experience at the restaurant and they suggested a bar next door for a drink. Our room was lovely, on the corner of the tenth floor with huge windows with views looking over Cardiff. The bathroom was very clean with two shower head option. Overall a very pleasant stay, lovely clean room, and friendly staff.
