  The staff are friendly and helpful and the branch is very conveniently situated next to a car park. This branch is how a bank should be.

  Most obnoxious member of staff I've ever encountered today. Changing banks at earliest opportunity. Never met such a miserable woman in my life. Been with this bank for over twenty years in the Midlands, not for much longer though now I'm in Swansea. Would give zero starts if I could!
