::Made an appointment with me, it snowed I was not contacted to tell me it was cancelled. I called the help line to see if this branch was open they said they were. I walked trudged through the snow to find out it was closed. Second time i've been given bad info and they wasted my time. Wish they would get their communicate better.

::Staff are nice but the way things work in this bank is just so bad. They make it difficult to get help
