  Been with the co-op for a number of years now and never had any issues at all. I chose this bank because of there ethics which meant more to me than most things. Service has always been a pleasureable experience.

  Fantastic friendly bank. Been with them for over 15 years and never had any problems with them. Always helpful and deal with queries speedily and efficiently. I can't recommend them highly enough.

  Worst bank ive ever given my money to. Transactions appear in random orders on my statement, sometimes dated in the FUTURE. Too many periods of "downtime" where no transactions are recorded properly and they let me overspend on my card, leaving me overdrawn when I thought i had money in there. I thought for ages that they are stealing money from their customers and they probably are.
