  Been here at least ten times, that says it all. Never had a bad meal, food is always hot and served in good time. Really good value especially the thursday eve deal (2 for £10 or something similar) sunday roast is a decent size for the price and they do cauliflower cheese!!!-you wont get that just anywhere. Dog friendly throughout-happy days Maybe should be 5*-but i am mean

  Very yummy food, good drink and very friendly and welcoming staff. Really welcoming of our young children too. Will happily pop back if and when in the area. Thank you.

  Lovely traditional pub with a great atmosphere. Excellent food at reasonable prices and a good range of drinks. All you could want.

  Came here once before for food and really enjoyed it. This time one star. Ordered 'home made lasagne' . When brought to the table the food did not look appetising in the slightest. The staff did ask on two occasions if everything was ok, told the staff the food was unpleasant however there was no response to this. Why ask if it's ok if you're not prepared for a customer to respond ? Over priced, underwhelmed, won't be back.
