  Very helpful and friendly. I needed new overshoes and they let me try on every different make, even ones that had just arrived in the shop and hadn't been put on display.

  As someone who is keen to use local, smaller businesses, rather than just the big companies, I decided to use TDW to sort out a minor problem with my mtb. From first entering the shop, I felt that Mike and the staff actually wanted me to be there. Not only did we discuss the issue I had with my bike, but also, looked at ways of changing riding position/gearing, etc. I eventually asked for a service whilst they had the bike, and got it back a few days later. I'm very pleased with, not just the work they did, but also the friendly, but thoroughly professional manner in which I was treated as a customer. I now intend to use TDW as my 'go to' shop for my mtb needs.

  Shocking service. Bike was running fine bought in for new brake pads and de-grease the discs. Back wheel and brakes now make a horrible screeching sound the back wheel hardly moves now. They said it's nothing they've done take it elsewhere got all defensive. Bike is a year old money isn't the issue I just wanted my girlfriend to be able to ride her bike without struggling to move the back wheel.

  Latest visit = brilliant service as always. Ordered in a specific tube and then gave great advice about use of spacers to re-fit GXP bottom bracket and crank. 6 months of creaking has now ceased! Friendly, sensible advice and quality value for money parts means they are always my first stop for repairs or replacements.
