  We had a great experience with George and the guys at the floor shop. We chose our engineered hard wood floors from the expansive selection in store. The floors were measured and we were quoted a time and fitting date. It took 3 days from start to finish and the work was impeccable. Parts of the floor needed to be levelled and it was not a 'clear each room out', to fit job as I had envisioned . They made it stress free. Would definitely recommend and use again if we ever needed floors laying again. Thanks for the great job guys :-)

  Excellent service from the floor shop. Helpful info at the shop itself and good communication in terms of making arrangements. The work itself was excellent and the chaps who did it were friendly, super helpful and really efficient. I bought quick step which looks really good. Highly recommended.

  Brilliant service! I visited The Floor Shop on a recommendation in early December, selected a laminate floor, and George came and provided an estimate within days. He promised that the floor could be fitted before Christmas, and true to his word Theo fitted our lovely new floor the Friday before Christmas. The team are dedicated, thorough and did a fantastic job, even coming out just a couple of weeks later to add a couple of finishing touches when we asked for a slight alteration, for no extra charge. I will definitely recommend The Floor Shop to friends and family.

  My new laminate flooring from The Floor Shop is fabulous. The showroom has an excellent selection to choose from and everyone there was so helpful and patient. Theo and Liam installed the flooring across four rooms and a hallway and did a superb job. They were very hardworking, personable and conscientious about clearing up and getting things right. Customer service from every member of staff was very good. Many thanks to you all. Everyone who has seen the flooring has been very impressed and I have no hesitation in recommending your services to others.

  We have previously used The Floor Shop to purchase flooring, but recently also used them to fit a parquet floor in our hall and front room. We are absolutely delightedly with the results. The staff in the showroom were helpful and guided us through the process, and the fitting team were highly professional and knowledgeable. The parquet service they provide truly gives you a bespoke floor, and with the quality of finish, you could believe that the flooring had always been down in our 1920s house. They were very reasonably priced and also gave good honest recommendations. I would recommend this company's to anyone in the north London area looking for quality flooring.
