  No breakfast buffet, you need to order and wait... I prefer walk by, instant eat and go on in the morning so this isn't "my place" the served food is of exelent quality and tastes good! If your vegan, just let them know and they will make a special order for your breakfast (all included with the room price) that's SERVICE! I've stayed in a room just above the fort bar and you hear the customers quid well. It was noisy till 0100 on a Sunday eve ant till approx 2300 on the Tuesday.. The bed is too short for me, as in many hotels.. The shower is small but okay. O, almost forgot.. If you need to iron your blouse.. It's possible on your room.

  Went in the bar last night but swiftly left again, the place was crawling with drunk underage girls. Was seriously shocked as to how young some of them were! Il not be returning.

  It's not the best bar in Broughty Ferry by far but it's open late which people like. Sadly, due to that it's also not the cheapest. Later on at night it gets incredibly busy and it's not that big. It also attracts a very young crowd. Definitely better places to go.

  Great food, having the option for half-portions was ideal and the staff were very friendly. Nice atmosphere too.

  Had tea here on 23/12/17 and had the Breaded Haddock as I often do and the fish was cooked perfectly as it always is. However about halfway thru I started getting bones in my mouth and could not clear my plate as I always do. The nice young server went of to speak to the manager who sent her back to tell us that basically it was the Fishmongers fault. NO recompense whatsoever offered I am very dissapointed as we come here regularly and I will never eat the fish here again.
