  I had an express facial with Beth which was so relaxing, I would definitely book with her again. Always have my threading with Laura who makes it a pain free and quick as possible experience. A generally relaxing and welcoming place for a treat!

  Well where to begin..... The Place , warm cosy and welcoming. The Staff, friendly professional and relaxed. The Therapist Georgette , wonderfully great at her job gave me the best massage I ever had!! Truly fabulous, I had the Lava Shell back neck and shoulders, a delightful experience in the Africa room. Will definitely talk about this for some time and recommend , I will be booking again Thankyou ladies 💗💗

  The Great Escape is my favourite place, perfect for some 'me' time. My boyfriend gave me a voucher and I had the Island Escape treatment with Beth, i'll be back soon to use the rest of it!!!! thanks ladies

  Bring back the waxing QUEEN!!!! I am very disappointed to have waited an extra week for a facial wax with “The Waxing Queen” Tereza (my prefered therapist for waxing). I traveled all the way from Penzance to Truro, only to find that my appointment was changed to another therapist. When l questioned this, l was told that they had sent me a text message. But no one has bothered to text me. To be fair, when someone has booked a specific therapist, the salon should make the effort to confirm that changing will be alright. I have come home with wax on my clothes, in my hair and lots of very obvious areas which have been missed. Not happy at all! Although the trerepist is a lovely girl, she has not got the same high standards as tereza.

  The Great Escape has always been a wonderful place to visit and be pampered. The girls are all amazing and every time I go, I leave feeling relaxed and happy.
