As others have said, because of the gig economy the staff don't get paid to be there when wearing blue uniform and when they don't have private clients are expected to clean the machines etc. So cut them some slack because they are trying to make ends meet in a business model that is stacked against them. I personally have found them all to be really friendly and they will give tips here and there.

Very good value gym in town which makes it convenient for work. Changing rooms and showers are always clean which makes a difference for cheaper 24 hour gyms! I have been having regular PT sessions with Demelza who is honestly the best PT I have ever had- she really listens to your needs & makes sure that your plan is tailored to your ability. Demelza has a great sense of humour meaning that sessions are always fun but also very focused and she really knows her stuff!!

Great gym. Everything what you need. Cheap and very good location. Just used to be too crowded. Doesn’t have that gym atmosphere. Too small for for so many people. There are other gyms way better. Its good for price, but would only go to this gym if I lived it the same street.

It’s cheap and cheerful. Does everything I need. Given that I visit late at night, early in the morning more often than not, busyness and staff are things I’ve not got experience of, bar a brief but informative meet and taster session when I first signed up. For just popping in to have a blast and tire myself out it’s spot on.

If you're looking for a decent (has what you need) gym that's always open then go for it. Joined recently and it's been fairly good to be honest. It's my first time in a gym and I'm not disappointed. Not many machines and definitely not many weights either, so avoid peak times and you'll be completely fine.
