  First of all; this is a large, busy gym. During peak times expect to have to wait to use certain machines. The machines are in quite good condition and are fixed generally quickly in most cases. The male changing rooms are relatively poor in comparison to how big this gym is. There are only two toilets two urinals, which when combined with the mass amount of people using them result in foulness on an incredible scale. Urine covers the floor and the stink virtually stays with you well after you've done your business. Truly disgusting. People in the gym are friendly enough but you rarely see people bringing in their own towel to wipe down their machine after use. This would be fine if there was some paper towel and spray but alas, there's not. There are seemingly simple changes that head office could implement to assist in a more enjoyable experience for its members, but instead, ignores.

  Can be more better but it’s ok compared with the money that you pay...

  I usually go late at night after work. Very good equipment but the men’s changing room, toilet and shower is filthy night time. They really need to do better with the cleaning.

  Very good in terms of no agreement, just pay monthly fee and preferably join when there is no joining fee. mostIt has only gym, no steam/sauna bath, no swimming pool.

  I used the gym for about a month; mainly the free weights area (barbells and dumbbells), performing lifts such as the squat, deadlift and bench press. My experience is based on this area of the gym and it's equipment. Furthermore, I generally visited at peak hour, around 5pm on weekdays. First off, the actual equipment available is good; there is a good selection of dumbbells, 3 squat racks, 2 flat bench presses and many loose barbells. Unfortunately, this does little good as the gym is extremely busy and often had to wait for my turn. The equipment is also not in good shape, with at least 2 barbell slightly bent (never seen this before!). They were not replaced during my time there even though the yearly refurbishment closure took place during this period. Finally, the gym floor is a complete mess. Many members leave weights lying around and never saw staff cleaning up. In summary, I cannot recommend this gym. The price might be good, however this only attracts too many members to an already busy gym (I don't think they have a members cap) and in the end it leads to a very poor experience.
