  Crowded and impersonal. It's cheap and open 24hrs but I wouldn't recommend.

  Cheap membership thus always busy . Staff including manager very unfriendly and unsupportive. If you can pay a wee bit extra and go to a better gym.

  The gym group was okay. Sometimes too busy. But I left for 2 reasons. 1 was a single gym instructor (most were great!) who kept encouraging you to pick up weights and bend with your back, legs straight. which is dangerous to do -especially if done repeatedly. The second was the lack of classes before work and having to pay extra for spin classes. There is another gym is town which is cheaper and offers free spin classes. And so far no one has encouraged me to bend with my back! (Though this other gym doesnt look quite as nice!)

  I love this Gym. It’s clean. Has all the gear you need to achieve your fitness goals, great team of PT’s, fitness classes for all tastes and goals, great environment, everyone is polite and friendly. Classes booking system is state of the art. You can even book it online. Considering all the perks and what you get I find it very cheap. I would most definitely recommend it!

  I have always been reluctant to join gyms as before going to them I thought they seemed intimidating. How wrong was i? Very friendly gym with classes included in the membership. Great range of equipment spread over 2 floors, always spare machines even during busy times. The free weights area can get a bit crowded at times but hey ho. Great gym etiquette between members too. Affordably priced unlike most other gyms. Highly recommended.
