  Booked for mother's day for a party of 14. Food was good and varied menu was a bonus. Friendly staff.... good value ... No complaints at all. Was even treated to a private sitting of a ladies singing group on their return from a Bournemouth competition. Overall a memorable day, so Thank you.

  After a recent bad experience here we decided to come back in hopes it was a one off and we were absolutely delighted that it was. We come here every week for the carvery. George is fantastic! Such a lovely guy and the food is even better when he is there compared to the other staff. So friendly we love having a natter with him. Can't wait to come back on Tuesday! Keep up the good work :)

  Nearly missed the restaurant. No lighting outside whatever. Not the sign or car park. Nice meal. The roast potatoes were reheated though. Spoilt the overall experience. I do normally go out of my way to go to the haywain for the normally lovely spuds. It was also very hot in the dining area. Lastly. The chef was however very friendly and weighing the meat is a bit weird. But fair. I have been behind someone who has had a larger portion of meat and felt a bit perplexed

  Premises has just been refurbished. Great design and atmosphere. Really recommend the pizza selection which are cooked in new custom made ovens, delicious. Food selection has now greatly improved and service is very good. Great for the family. A++
