::Lovely accommodation,only ten minutes walk from Durham centre. Friendly and committed staff,nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was amazing,well cooked,and lots of it. Will be back.

::Lovely friendly staff. Made our 3 boys and dog welcome. Boys loved playing with the board games and our food was lovely. Kids meals were great quality: cheese burger was a hit. Impressive fish finger ciabatta (lovely battered fish)

::Great food as always. The venue is very nice and welcoming. Prices are very reasonable and there is a great choice of dishes on the menu. Would definitely recommend.

::Just returned from a overnight stay at kings lodge. We booked thirteen rooms for a team meeting, we had afternoon light bites, followed by evening meal with a couple drinks in the restaurant. I have stayed at other Inn Collection hotels which have been great, and yet again Kings Lodge did not disapoint in any way....Leanne and the team were "FANTASTIC" The whole team should be "very proud" of what they offer, with nothing at all being a problem. The level of customer service was second to none, rooms were great, food was great, and the staff were so friendly......I give the Kings Lodge 10 / 10 without hesitation. ::Lovely food, best fish and chips I have had in years. Only place we could find open on new year's day, but we were very glad it was otherwise we might have missed it. Such friendly staff. Great value. Recommended.
