  * Shocking customer service * Overpriced * Poor quality products I could have written a very long review here, but after 3-4 months of battling to get the kitchen sorted out after a shocking fit to begin with, having a large number of issues with the quality of the initial fitting (with some being very serious) I simply cant be bothered spending any more time on this. Now i know someone from the company will possibly put a comment on below either blaming me or trying to water the issue down so ask yourself once questions before proceeding with these people, or indeed anytime you purchase anything from anyone... If you only get offered a 1 year guarantee, does that shout quality product to you??? that is what you get with the kitchen restoration company (also know as kitchen magic) i am happy for anyone to contact me and ill show you the facts so you can make an informed decision but this is a true recollection of my experiences. what a huge mistake i made contacting this company.

  OK - it was a few years ago now, but I paid for furniture and fitting and waited and waited, eventually some of the kitchen doors and worktops were delivered then...nothing! Eventually, I got a letter from the liquidators saying they had gone bust.....! Next thing I notice that there is now a New Kitchen Restoration company with similar directors etc. I was furious....it cost me about £5k to get everything sorted out and never did get my new kitchen...gave the bits away to friends. Imagine how anyone would feel now seeing they are back in business!! Caveat emptor.....buyer beware!!!!

  Awful customer service, avoid at all costs! Salesman came out and advised that the work would be completed by Christmas, the surveyor came out and advised that the work would be completed by Christmas, I handed over my deposit on the back of those promises and they failed to deliver. That would have been disappointing but understandable had they bothered to get in touch, took countless phone calls to find out what was going on as David wasn’t returning our calls and we have now been promised a call back from the manager twice without response! I’m now without my deposit and the kitchen door they took to get the match. If they didn’t want the “small job” as they kept calling it then all they had to do was say, we’d received cheaper quotes but those companies chose to be honest about timescales instead of lying to get our money.

  We are delighted with our new kitchen and love the way it looks. Because our other kitchen was 20 years old and our house is nearly ninety years old there were a few problems, but Mark our fitter was wonderful. He worked extremely hard to make sure that problems were overcome and it looked perfect. David the designer did not pressurise us into purchasing items we did not need, and was on hand to listen and act upon our concerns, when during plastering one of our old kitchen carcases came apart (not the fault of the company) and we had to review the order. He even made sure that we had the door handles that we requested, which were not available in the brochure. We were treated courteously and with respect at all times and cannot thank the company enough for making the experience as painless as possible and supporting us throughout.
