::Not my thing but nice enough if you like luxury hotels. Went there for a wedding but passed on the opportunity to book a room there due to the price. Negatives were the prices of the rooms and drinks, parking is also paid for (for residents too) and not guaranteed. The area surrounding the hotel is a construction site. One of our table had to pay extra for soda water to go with her wine (which was part of the wedding breakfast). Our bar didn't serve coffee and we were told we would have to go down a floor and get it ourselves. This level of service didn't chime with the price tag of the hotel. Whilst I felt staff weren't always as helpful as they could have been, they were very polite and friendly, the space was nice, if a bit clinical. The food was very good.

::Top 5 Star Hotel. Easy to reach , on site parking on the doorstep. You are greeted at the door by a courteous doorman. The decor is modern and very clean. Not stayed in the rooms but have only ever heard positive reviews about them. For lunch, afternoon tea, dinner or just drinks, the service is excellent. Lovely seating area, very relaxing. All the staff a well trained, very polite, happy to please. The view is pleasant of the canal, plus the there is an outdoor seating balcony. Indoors is picturesque. Great place for a meeting or for social. Highly recommended.

::Esta cerca de la zona comercial, la comida del restaurante esta buena, las habitaciones son cómodas, todo accesible. Pero normalmente en los hoteles que e estado de Manchester como mÃnimo tienen un enchufe adaptado para poder cargar, aquà no tienen ninguno y en el mini bar te ponen un adaptador por 12£.
