  Review from my wife, Natasha White: I have had several acupuncture appointments with Runqi Cai to run alongside my IVF cycles. I have been very impressed with Runqi’s professionalism, in-depth knowledge and treatment. Her manner is calm and relaxing and I feel the acupuncture she has given me has definitely benefitted my well being and fertility treatment. After many rounds of IVF and 2 miscarriages, I made an appointment to see Runqi. At my first assessment she explained how she would be able to help support our fertility treatment. I saw her weekly during my treatment cycle and amazingly, I finally became pregnant! I have seen other acupuncturists in the past with a little scepticism about its benefits, however, after seeing Runqi I’m convinced it had a significant part to play in the success of our fertility treatment and prevention of further miscarriages. Also, ‘The Medical’ is well organised with helpful and friendly staff, always replying promptly with communications. Their room at the Longwell Green centre is warm and perfect for a relaxing treatment. I would highly recommend ‘The Medical’ and Runqi as an acupuncturist, and I will certainly be using them in the future for continued treatment.

  Really convenient that it's in a gym. Richard is great, definitely going back.
