  I was having physio which went fairly well, though my insurance company kept calling me as they weren't being sent required updates from The Medical. Towards the end of my treatment I was told I could email them for advice but I never got a single reply so eventually I just gave up.

  I went for a massage. The masseuse was friendly but rather abrupt and didn't have. good people skills. It wasn't a friendly theraputic atmosphere. I felt quite rushed at the end to get ready. Also I asked her to concentrate on three areas but she only did two. However quality of the massage was good. The receptionist was rude and abrupt. I don't think I'd use again. Rather go somewhere where i don't feel like I'm on a conveyor belt.

  I had a massage in The Medical Temple Quay, and I am satisfied with the very attentive massage by Chris. He not only did an effective massage but also gave me good advice of how to stretch my back and neck muscle on a daily basis. The staff in the branch is also helpful and friendly.

  Always a brilliant service. The receptionists are always polite and efficient plus the chiropractic treatment I received from Dean was great!

  I would like to thank Sam for his care over the last 4 years. I am leaving Bristol so cannot continue to visit the clinic but would highly recommend it. Sam Dyer has been extremely kind and helpful. All the best, Andrew
