  Absolutely amazing! I have taken my Russian dwarf hamster to other vet surgeries before trying The Minster Veterinary practice. They out shine any vets i've ever been to! The vet Jackie is such a lovely sweet person and a NATURAL with animals. I have had horrible experiences elsewhere and had serious anxiety about trying Minster Vets but now I will never go anywhere else! they were calming, reassuring. Told me all the information I needed to know. Let me know all my options and future approaches. I felt fully informed and very happy when leaving. Including a lovely receptionist (who I booked the appointment with) the whole overall experience was perfect. 100% trusted. Thank you again so much for all your help! If you have had similar bad experiences with vets not being 'small animal' trained - this place is specialist! really know their stuff. highly recommend.

  We were on holiday and needed treatment for our cat at short notice. The staff we spoke to initially on the phone were excellent. They managed to book us in at Minster vets and took details of our usual vets to get notes prior to our arrival. The lady on reception and vet we saw, (Catherine i think), were fabulous. The vet was great both with us and our cat. She was reassuring, professional and thorough. A huge thank you to all for their excellent help and service.
