::Cosy atmosphere and great food. The menu doesn't seem to change much, and it isn't as great as it once was but sill delicious nonetheless. I love eating here as the staff do not impose on you whilst you eat and provide excellent service. Always guarenteed a pleasant time here. You don't feel overwhelmed even at busy times as the layout still allows it to retain it's quaint atmosphere. The one downside that I feel I need to mention is the tables are in need of a little tlc, as the varnish is coming away. The layout is perfect but that does add a small element of shabbyness that takes away from a wonderful meal setting. Usually there is not much need to book however, mothers day, valentines day ect.... I highly reccommend reserving a space. I have had many perfect evenings here and I hope to continue doing so.

::I just love going to the Moon and Sixpence Hanwell. Always a warm and friendly atmosphere with a relaxed feeling.. A special mention to restaurant manager Sam who is always accommodating and polite as are the waiting staff. Not to forget the food fantastic varied menu from pub classics to the a la Carte. Looking forward to my next visit.

::Following my partner giving a 1 star rating for this restaurant pub (which was factual - We did wait over an hour without being served and left being fed up waiting) the next time we visited with a large group of local residents, me and my partner were told in front of the group that we were banned and not welcome any more by the owner because of giving a 1 star review! We were then asked my the bar manager to leave. So we did. There was no apology at all or any level of customer service to listen to your customers feedback. This has never ever happened to us in our lives ever before. Totally shocking!
