  Great room. Comfy bed. Great mini kitchen. Excellent location and friendly, helpful staff. What more could you ask for?

  Nice room, hotel is located near a car park and Liverpool one. When I was there it was very quiet, I didn't hear anyone else, so I got a good night's sleep. Comfy bed, and the room was nice and clean. I'll stay here again

  Great location and friendly staff. Hotel facilities are very nice and the rooms are very spacious. Didn't use the bar but there is an area for drinks but it's right next to lots of town centre bars so you'd be best walking into town I'd imagine.

  The location of the hotel is great, just at the end of Seel Street, there is plenty of parking nearby and the lobby is locked and entry controlled by reception so it's safe, secure and quiet. The staff are very friendly and professional, the hotel is well presented and clean, as are the rooms. We stayed in a superior room which was a good size with a large en-suite. The room was a good temperature upon arrival and throughout the night, there is air-conditioning if you need it. There is secondary glazing on the windows which means you cannot open the windows, but also that there is no noise at all from outside and the heat is kept in. We didn't have breakfast here as it was just a croissant and granola so chose to eat at a local place, of which there are many. There is no restaurant, so for food you will need to go somewhere or they promote deliveries to the hotel in lieu of providing services themselves. Free WiFi is also available.
