  It's not bad but... the prices aren't cheap but you could say it's a donation, the sandwichs were a little dry (not sure how long they had been out), there was a long wait for hot drinks which considering there was not a big queue was surprising. The cakes were nice though, these were not dry and had good flavour. I probably would ensure I ate before coming to the gallery next time and not go to the cafe.

  Based on 1 visit: I enjoyed the cream tea, and it's reasonably-priced, particularly for a museum. The staff were friendly. The decor is very basic, and no windows currently that I saw.

  I used the self-service cafe. Tea was a teabag in a paper cup. The chocolate chip biscuit I got was hard and dry. The man who sold it to me looked generally disinterested. The environment was fine, but next time I'll find the nearest Costa.

  Absolutely dreadful. Very expensive for minute, barely cooked breakfast. Lots of menu options weren't available, the waitress didn't care that we were unhappy with the meal. The toilets were disgusting and very dirty. I would never go again

  Dire terribile esperienza sarebbe un complimento.Tavolo per tre il mio regalo per due miei amici vegetariani prima di andare al concerto li vicino. Avevo già mandato loro il menu' per sapere se andava bene il posto . Arrivati alle 6.00 ordinato 2 zuppe e 1 cornish squid per me come antipasto e 2 tortellini alla zucca e il tacchino per me seguito da 3 dolci . Le zuppe sono arrivate tiepide e il mio polipo decente , dopo che il cameriere aveva sparecchiato e' arrivata la cameriera Sara dicendo che i tortellini erano finiti ma poteva offrire loro il polipo , tutto questo senza chiedere se avevano allergie , preferenze o se semplicemente erano vegetariani non dimentichiamoci che il polipo era un antipasto e non un piatto principale e certamente non vegetariano.Dopo 15 minuti e' ritornata con la bella notizia che avevano trovato miracolosamente due porzioni di tortellini 25 minuti dopo aver chiesto piu' volte cosa stava succedendo e il nostro cameriere imbarazzatissimo e l'unico che si e' posto la domanda il perche' la cucina non lo ha informato subito che l'unico piatto vegetariano disponibile era finito visto che aveva mandato la comanda da piu' di 1 ora ( Oggi giorno gravissimo per qualsiasi ristorante non solo aver finito unica opzione vegetariana ma non aver un piano B )NOTA BENE SIAMO ARRIVATI ALLE 6.00 P.M . sono arrivati i tortellini e il tacchino i tortellini crudi e senza salsa il tacchino duro , secco ,senza salsa e riscaldato male al microonde . Abbiamo cancellato il dolce era troppo tardi e la giustificazione data da Vincenzo Alba per non aver piu' un piatto vegetariano e che erano aperti da mezzogiorno. A Londra ci sono migliaia di posti che si mangia benissimo ( Vivo qui da 33 anni ) sono anni che non trovo cibo cosi scadente , personale non competente sia in cucina che la sala . Seguiranno le recensioni in Inglese dei miei amici .Non era la prima volta che mangiavo li ma negli ultimi anni e' sempre peggiorato fino a toccare il fondo.
