  we bring 4 residents and 4 carers from our care home every year and all i can say is it is fab. the staff are great and the meals are great. the hotel provides everythinig we need from a hoist to stand aids. without places like this the elderly we look after would not get to make the memories we do Well done the New Mayfair Hotel

  Really helpful team. Made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Good menus, good entertainment. Room okay but not enough storage space or hooks for coats etc. Looking forward to returning in the not too distant future.

  This place is absolutely amazing! Especially the staff, the kitchen staff have bent over backwards to accommodate my vegan diet. The food is delicious! Havent met a single person I haven't liked here! Can not recommend this place enough! The rooms are lovely, housekeeping are great.

  The room we were given was lovely, had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Asked for a couple of items, the staff are extremely accomadating. Just ask!! Everyone very friendly they really do try to help. Went on the zoo trip which was great. No complaints about the food, entertainment was fun. Well recommended
