  Had a fantastic evening at the Parlour. Only been in for a quick drink before so sat there for a few hours. Drinks were made really well and cheaper than town! Friday night, had two for £10 and some were on special offers. Towards the end of the night, a gentleman came round asking for last orders. Brought them over to us! Staff were pleasant and had a fantastic evening! Perfect place to catch up and chat over a nice drink!

  This is a lovely, quirky establishment. We usually visit on a Groupon, the afternoon tea is delicious. The waitresses are always friendly and polite helping to make each visit enjoyable.

  Booked a table for two for my wife and her friend for a 70th birthday. Food and service were good. Only downside was the noise! There were a couple of tables full of very loud, screeching women making full use of the unlimited prosecco. Of course, they have the right to enjoy themselves but this was at the expense of everyone else. Bear this in mind if you're looking for a genteel, Edwardian experience.

  Very popular so I recommend booking. It's not a large place and tables are a little on the small size. Has great character. Had afternoon tea for 2 here twice now. You get a choice of 3 different sandwiches from a large range plus scones and cakes with free flowing tea. Excellent quality and will definitely go again.

  Fab atmosphere and excellent friendly service. Had afternoon tea here with four loud and excited 8 year old girls. The staff were fantastic, friendly and attentive. They built a great rapport with the children, which meant I could relax on another table while the girls enjoyed themselves feeling very grown up. They also accommodated some of the fussier children rather well. A five star experience, I'm looking forward to going back without kids to enjoy the whole experience.
