  exceptionally clean, friendly staff and tastefully decorated with Beatles theme. breakfast good. would definately stay again

  Very warm family run hotel. Very nice breakfast and nice room. Would definitely stay again.

  Absolutely fabulous. Would have given 5 stars if owner hadn't come in at breakfast and had an argument in front of guests eating breakfast at the time. Left a little disappointed but it was maybe just an off moment but wouldn't let me stop staying there again. Xx

  Friendly staff, clean modern room, bed a little hard for our liking. Bathroom very high standard. Breakfast good. Would recommend.

  Visited penny lane hotel for breakfast. The staff are really friendly and very efficient and attentive. The breakfast was clean and piping hot. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Very reasonably priced. A clean and inviting place will definitely be going again
