  Lovely shop and lovely people! Glad I asked for help as they had something in stock that was better for my request than the items on display. I was after a carrier for my rabbits, and was asked their age to ensure we allowed for their future growth, so ensuring we got best value for our purchase. They have a loyalty scheme too!

  Quite happy to take your money, but when they offer the wrong advise deny all knowledge. Out of goodwill you would think they would want to rectify that and keep a good customer. Sadly, you've lost one here. Need to do a bit of staff training to ensure they all sing off the same song sheet.

  The staff are very helpful and friendly. I've only marked it down because pet shops with any kind of animal should no longer exist in this day a age. With so many rescued animals needing homes, only takes a little effort on the part of the purchaser to find alternative sources and desperate animals.
