::.Delivered quickly. Unfortunately UK MAIL had trashed the cat basket despite it being thoroughly warped in bubble wrap and covered in 'fragile' tape! Customer service were able offer me a refund or a replacement.

::On the day I was expecting my delivery to be I received an email informing me that part of my order was no longer available. They could offer me something else if I wished but they had waited two days to inform me and had already taken full payment from my bank account!!!!!!

::Very disappointing experience. Their website promises to dispatch products on the same day when orders are placed before 12:30. Nowhere does it say that this is not the case when it comes to weekends. I placed my order on Saturday before midday. Today it is Wednesday and still now delivery. I called them about 16:15 to find out that they could not specify when the delivery would be with me. Nobody bothered to email me at all to inform about it. In the meantime we did exchange a few emails but it did not seem to be a problem for them that I was mislead and disappointed with their poor services and nonexistent customer care. It was not a problem that I run out of food for my dog. It was not a problem that I was upset. I am def not ordering from them and suggest you do the same.
