  I have been using the Pilates Rooms for over 2 years now. The instructors are excellent, there are plenty of classes to choose from and the other customers are friendly and supportive.

  I've been coming to the Pilates Rooms for over three years. Fantastic teachers and great atmosphere. Loving the new Ride classes too.Great location in the centre of town and really good equipment. Highly recommend.

  The instructor kept coming over to my pilates bed, standing over me and lifting up her shirt so that I would see her abs. At first I thought her stomach was itchy but after she did it a third time, I realized that it's definitely on purpose. I visited this place a few times and it was always in a state of disrepair. They have a hard time getting their music system to work every time. Nonetheless, the place is clean.

  A fantastic, boutique studio! Experienced, caring instructors that really get to know you and help everyone work to their own maximum. It is a wonderful, friendly environment – everyone is encouraging and supportive of one another.
