::My new fav spot in London... We arrived on a busy Friday, clearly a full house. Regardless of the amount of guests, we were greeted by incredibly friendly staff who couldn't have gone more out of their way to accommodate us. Cocktails were perhaps the best in town, the view was incredible, service impeccable and the music couldn't have been more perfect. The sweetest ambience to watch the sun go down over the city. Can't wait for my next visit!

::After moving the date and time so many times the staff at the Rooftop were so patient and when we arrived the staff were very welcoming. I surprised my friend with this rooftop bar and the food and drinks were amazing. I was not able to have my French Martini but the staff were able to create a new drink for me and they named it 'Peachy Stuff' which was fantastic. We ordered the ribs, chips and pea's which were to die for and to show how much we enjoyed it the two ladies beside us were unsure of what to order and they took our recommendations and ordered everything we had. We will definitely be back in the summer!!!!

::Very disappointed with this place! We had table booked in, we came in, stuff was friendly ctr. Now comes the most bizarre part! We ordered some food and drinks. Because we sat inside we wanted to go and see the roof bar. The waitress who was serving us sow that we were heading towards the bar. She stopped us and started to demand the payment? .... We said we just going to take some pictures and see the view and then we are returning to have our drinks (that we haven't even started to drink) she still said No, she can't let us go to the Roof Bar! Rediculos!!!! Then she said we can only go if we pay now!!! I thought it was a jock! So one of our friends have to return to the table for the security!!!!!! Besides roof bar is inside the restaurant and bouncers are by the door. So where is the logic? We booked in a table ordered drinks just to run away!??? Go figure...

::Booked the rooftop bar for after dinner drinks. It was unfortunately shut the day of my booking because of snow, I got an email informing me of such. The staff were extremely apologetic, offered me a table in the main lobby bar and a glass of bubbles each to say sorry. When the Mrs wasn’t feeling well by the time we got there (probably because of the cold) the staff provided her with complimentary hot lemon and honey. Really good customer service, well done guys 👌🏻👍🏻
