  This is a nice place to spend time or have parties. It gives a real hotel feeling and food and staffs very good.

  A weird old hotel, lovely clean reception. Good sized rooms that are clean and well kept. The place was huge, a proper relic. Staff friendly. Parking easy.

  Hotel is fine, cheap for location to city compared to other hotels. 10 minute walk to bull ring. Room was cold due to single glazing. It ain't a 5 star but does what it's supposed to! Tea/coffee making facilities in rooms. Small bathroom, nice hot shower. Fresh towels daily, car parking is slightly dodgy. Overall you get what you pay for, I didn't come to Birmingham to be sitting in a hotel room so it suited my needs - a place to sleep that's clean with parking and close to the city.

  Average large interesting building. Worth the money but a little bit more attention to cleaning would make it better. Curtains stained in room and shower mildewed
