  Very nice place to relax and have high tea after some sight seeing in Westminster. Perfectly located across from the beautiful Buckingham Palace. There are three seats looking out into the Palace through the window. I should mention the tea and scones are unmatched.

  Great service and comfortable stay! Super friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms were tiny, but perfect for a couple of nights of good sleep. Bed was super comfortable and with the black out curtains, made for a great sleep. Great location - right next to Buckingham palace, st James Park, and walking distance to Hyde Park, London Eye and Big Ben. It was also next door to a brand new restaurant hub... Coffee, brunch, dinner, grocery store, you name it. All there. Made it convenient.

  The exterior, the appearance and the impression that the Ruben's gives off was what drew me to it. I went in out of curiosity. I work nearby and I'm always looking for places to take clients, friends or family that different or original. The sort of places they might not been to before. I was hoping the Ruben's might to be one of them. I didn't eat or drink or stay overnight at the Ruben's but judging by my brief, but positive, visit I know it's somewhere I will do in the future.

  Wonderful service. The most attentive, helpful staff I have ever encountered. The rooms were lovely, with excellent facilities. The location was great, very convenient. The entire hotel was very child friendly - the best attitude out of many 5 star hotels in many countries we have stayed at. My 7 year old daughter agrees! A special mention to Stuart the doorman who really added the final friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming polish to a terrific stay.

  I loved this hotel! It is worth the $!! The view of the Royal Mews is such a great sight for a tourist! The rooms (for two very tall Americans) may feel a bit snug, especially space to walk around the bed, but you won't care once you see how comfortable & plush the bed & bedding is! The room was beautifully decorated as well as the entire lobby & restaurant & bar downstairs. Very classy! What was really great was that even though it was so nice, the staff was not snobby but instead very friendly & helpful!
