::Great hotel located in the Heart of Edinburgh. Very good access to Waverley Station, the Royal Mile, and most of Edinburgh's attractions. Very comfortable and clean room with a very nice view of the city. Room was very spacious as was the bathroom. Free wifi and a nice quiet room. Service was friendly and helpful. Good value for money and would definitely recommend this hotel if in Edinburgh.

::I attended a business breakfast briefing here. The facilities were excellent and the breakfast far exceeded the norm, with a cheese board, selection of continental meats, pastries and lovely fruits. There was also the standard, but still delicious, bacon roll and plenty of coffee. The hotel staff were very curious and helpful and the public areas of the hotel that I could see were clean and decorated in a high standard.

::I spent a week at The Scotsman Hotel from March 18 ,2018 through March 24, 2018. I was in the Queen Publisher Room. This hotel was perfect in every way. Rooms view was WOW! Comfortable bed. Staff was remarkable. The lounge and food exceptional and the location could not have been better. It is located in the middle of Edinburgh in Old Town. Everything was within walking distance from Old Town and New Town which of course we did plenty of. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Edinburgh.

::Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Great location. Lots of little extras. Nice breakfast. My only issue was the room was sweltering and took all night to cool it down.

::I booked two bedrooms to spend with my family 4 days in Edinburgh. In the airport I was informed the flight was canceled due to the snow. I caller the hotel not for ask a refund, but just to reschedule, the hotel refused allow change to another date. The hotel got with almost 1000 pounds without providing any service. It is necessary to have ethics in the business.
