  Brilliant health club to belong to. Huge range of classses on the timetable and the instructors are top notch. Lovely friendly staff and members make everyone feel welcome. Loving the new hot yoga studio. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic club to join 👍🏋️

  Amazing gym floor has a great range of equipment and the staff are always happy to help. now they have Hot Yoga the sessions here have really stepped up.

  I have been a member at this club for 7 years since the age of 12. It really is a great gym with lovely staff. The pool steam room sauna and jacuzzi are an absolute dream. The club has recently introduced hot yoga building essentially a massive sauna to do classes in, showing that things are being done to update the club as well as maintain. Also renovation has been done in the cafe area which has lovely food. I have noticed reading through these reviews people have been stating about the contracts. All contracts have small print it’s your duty to read them I have never experienced this problem in 7 years so find it peculiar .Would recommend to all keep up the good work.

  I have been a member at thethamesclub for 12 years and worked there for 7 years I love working there and it's a beautiful facility with lots to choose from .. with over 120 classes in the week and I would say the best pool in the area and not forgetting our new hot yoga studio which truly is amazing .. all staff are friendly and very helpful

  I’ve been a member for about 7 years now, the staff are always friendly & gym team happy to help advise on training regime. It’s the only gym locally with a nice pool & easy parking. Loving the new hot yoga & Pilates too!
