::I asked for some advice to choose an Island Whisky and was recommended one from Aberdeenshire which I have now realised was very overpriced. A negative experience I will come back to return.

::I was in your shop yesterday morning with my brother and sister-in-law who were visiting from South Africa. We asked the one and only assistant about a certain item and he was very snippy with us and made an unpleasant face behind her back when she turned around. Just to let you know they had planned on taking some specialist whisky back to SA with them but you definitely lost the sale. Not good customer service.

::Great selection and the customer service was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and even after we had bought they gave us a further taster just to whet our appetite for the next time we visited. Can't recommend them enough.
