  Nothing is too much trouble. I stay regularly and all my requests ( a teapot!) are remembered and fulfilled. A real welcome awaits and the food is excellent.

  Super food, great beer and friendly staff. The steak is exceptional. There is a wood burning stove and some very comfortable seating. A great place for a relaxing evening. I have been twice in one week and would highly recommend it.

  We came for dinner while on holiday. The food was beautiful, we didn't have starters, I had the Cajun chicken melt with bacon from the specials board, it was about £11 and it was so good. The service was a little slow but actually just added to the relaxed atmosphere. They have a good choice of local ales. We will be visiting again before we leave, I'm hoping to go for lunch as the burgers on the lunchtime menu sound amazing
