::Back in spring of 2005, this is a place that changed my life forever, I realise that now. I opened myself up to the idea of yoga, specifically, Ashtanga Yoga. Never, if you willingly immerse yourself into this practice, will you experience any that comes close to this. Physically, mentally, spiritually I am of the opinion that nothing comes close. Nichi is a world class teacher that I still learn from now and its been 10 years since I was actually in one of her classes!. Dive in, let go, open up to this practice. I've been mostly away from yoga for almost ten years and, rediscovering it now, I wonder how I ever forgot?! Love & respect to the Yoga Space!

::The teachers at the Yoga Space are fantastic. You are immersed from the get go and the classes are always a little bit different, so you constantly learn a little bit more every time. They also correct your stance so you're learning yoga properly. Just a note to first time yogis about the teaching style: everywhere most yoga classes are taught through immersion, meaning they go through the salutations relatively quickly and explain as you go. So if you're totally new to yoga, you'll find it confusing and hard to keep up, but don't be self-conscious. The purposes is that you learn through watching, doing and repetition.

::Love this yoga studio, i learnt here, practice regularly and have met lots of friendly folk too... Its a special place 🙏... The Yoga is 10/10 and the space is magical the chapel windows trickle beautiful colour through the windows. Love ❤️

::A very nice yoga studio, situated in an old chapel. The building is glorious, the teachers are excellent, and I enjoyed all classes I have been to. There is a range of different classes, but most of the classes taught at the Yoga Space are influenced by (or just are) Ashtanga yoga.
