::I just had my first session at the club and have to say that David, the GM, is an absolute credit to the business. He really took the time to make me feel at home as a new member, and showed me around the club/where all of the equipment is/booking system etc. The new showers are incredible, and I'm looking forward to trying the new gym space in the sports hall. I felt very nervous before joining as it is such a big club, but now can't wait to start working out!

::I love this gym. It's massive, has loads of everything you could ever need, the classes are plentiful and are a cut above the likes of Virgin Active and Nuffield (where I was previously a member) and the trainers are friendly as well as pushing you super hard. I have been a member for 2 months and my body fat has fallen by over 3% - this makes me very happy. Yes, it is expensive, but this is relative.

::Visited yesterday. I think the gym is great and was clean. The gym space and weights was great. I didn't have to wait to use weights etc. The menthol steam room and sauna was also clean. The lockers were small and I struggled to put my gym bag in but the ample amount of space with hair dryers available and the use of an iron board etc made up for it. Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to use the swimming pool, maybe next time. Enjoyed my time here and would definitely visit again.

::Fantastic gym in Canary Wharf. Usually quite busy but always seems to be plenty of space and equipment – actually there’s a real buzz around with so many people but have never had to queue for equipment of work-out space. The club is enormous! The classes are first rate, a huge variety of styles that constantly push me to my limits. My strength, fitness and coordination has come a long way in the 6 months I've been a member there. More expensive than other gyms in the area but it is definitely a case of you get what you pay for. Always full of knowledgeable, friendly and approachable instructors and trainers. Highly recommended!
