::Booked our holiday with Thomas Cook for the first time. I wish I new years ago that they provided a great service I've wasting so much money on other companies that barely even touched the service that Nadia provided. Nadia provided a fantastic service to detail would recommend to anyone, don't waste your time elsewhere go Thomas Cook. I don't even live close by I just happened to be driving through but would go out of my way for the service again. Good job guys keep it up.

::Thomas Cook Travel Ltd in Hammersmith is the best so far the staff are lovely people who know how to deal with people, I would interduce travelers to book there holiday with Thomas Cook.

::don't procrastinate like i did and leave money exchange to the last minute! look around as there are certainly better deals than what thomas cook offer. The ladies at this particular branch were straight out unfriendly and are incapable of responding to a sympathetic smile or a simple 'hello'. Were also vague and condescending when answering questions on a exchange rate i queried. I would think they are quite bitter and stale towards customer service.
