  So happy with my hair!!! Amazing colour technician who always does exactly what I want! Staff are friendly and always offer a cuppa :-) Wouldn't go anywhere else!!! Xxx

  Donna always colours my hair to perfection, she's brilliant, always says I can go back if there's anything I'm not happy with, but I'm always happy. Great place!

  I would give a 0 star if I could. This is by far the worst hair salon I've ever been to. The cuts were uneven and the length for the left and right side were off by a substantial amount. It looks like a patch of grass that was chewed on by a dog. The stylist made no effort to conceptualize any sort of plan before cutting which unsurprisingly ended with disaster. Save yourself the anguish and stay away from this place.

  I never give this bad reviews to places but I’m afraid my last visit here was really irksome. I wanted simple number 3 on the sides and just a trim in the front. Had to explain this to the lady (not a well english communicator) for about 5 minutes who kept telling me it’ll look bad. It's a simple enough cut and I got this exact cut from places 4 times before and it was fine every time, but as she kept insisting on keeping it long, I got afraid that she might mess it up so agreed on the longer cut. When she was done, i clearly wasn’t happy and asked her to trim the sides shorter, and she did it in 30 seconds with a clipper. Under 2-3 minutes, the actual hair cut was done. No water, no wet hair, no clips to hold the hairs, no finishing, very little scissor work. In the end I was asked £15 (advertised male rates are £5 - £15) because apparently it is ‘re-styling’ when i asked to trim a bit more and she clipped it. They advertised 10% student discount on cuts more than £10 but told me off and didn’t give it either because they apparently "don’t give discount on re-styling”. Came back home and found out, there is absolutely no finish on the edges and very uneven cutting throughout. This is what you get when you have a 3 minute haircut. I don’t know why I went there and not the cheaper and much much better Chaplins in the Cannon Park where I usually go. They always gave the discount for students as well. Genuinely friendly staff too. I’ll not make the same mistake again.
