::Got my questions wrong. I paid £20 for a top up after I asked them if it would work. Which then didn't go on or do what I wanted. Staff were off from the start and didn't want you there too long. Seemed to get annoyed over easy questions and the fact it's in the drakes "circus" says it all.

::My three account has been marked as fraudulent and now I can't use my phone at all and no one is even trying to explain how that happened or help me resolve the issue. On top of that my number has still not been transferred to a monthly contract from my previous pay as you go option. They said it would take two days at most but it's been almost a week and a half now. This is most displeasing and rather irritating.
